Mr. Agadzhanov is an associate attorney with Reisner & King, LLP where he practices in all areas of employment litigation. Mr. Agadzhanov earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During law school, Mr. Agadzhanov was a staff member for the Southwestern Law Review. He also received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence and Witkin Awards in his Constitutional Law II, Torts, and Remedies courses for earning the highest grade in each class. Additionally, he was a teaching assistant for his Contracts and Constitutional Law courses, where he helped students learn the law and hone their writing skills. He was also recognized as a Dean's Merit Scholar and received the Dean's Academic Leadership Scholarship for being ranked the number one student in his class during his first year of law school.
Mr. Agadzhanov's passion for fighting for the rights of employees began after his second year of law school, where he spent a summer as an extern for the Honorable Justice Ming Chin (Ret.) at the California Supreme Court, who is also the author of The Rutter Group California Practice Guide: Employment Litigation. There, he assisted the Court with legal research and drafted conference and calendar memoranda for both civil and criminal cases. Mr. Agadzhanov also worked as a certified law student in Southwestern Law School's Ninth Circuit Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he spent a year representing a pro-bono immigration client before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Reisner & King, Mr. Agadzhanov worked at a Plaintiff's employment law firm as a law clerk, where he drafted complaints, discovery, mediation briefs, and assisted with legal research.
Mr. Agadzhanov's interests include going to the beach, going to restaurants, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Agadzhanov is fluent in Russian and Armenian.
