Biography
Mr. Beck is an associate attorney at Reisner & King LLP where he practices in all areas of employment litigation including wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, and claims covered under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
Mr. Beck received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law School while also becoming a Palmer Fellow and completing a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and the Law. During his third year of law school where he worked in both the Disaster Relief and the Business Startup Clinics.
Prior to joining Reisner & King LLP, Mr. Beck worked as a Certified Law Clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in downtown LA, where he was certified to appear in court for preliminary hearings. He also worked as a Law Clerk at a Business/Insurance litigation firm in Philadelphia and at In-House Counsel Department of American Homes 4 Rent. Before law school he worked as a Filing Clerk/Legal Assistant at a Real Estate firm in Seattle, Washington.
Mr. Beck interests include going to the beach, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
