Randal Scott Oakley

Mr. Oakley is an associate attorney at Reisner & King LLP where he practices in all areas of employment litigation including wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, and claims covered under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Mr. Oakley has been representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation for over twenty years; predominantly in personal injury, employment and consumer fraud actions. Mr. Oakley is licensed to practice in all California state courts, as well as all federal district courts in California.
