Katerina Agoopi is an associate attorney dedicated to advocating for individuals facing challenging legal issues. Born and raised in Los Angeles and a first-generation professional, she brings a strong commitment to client advocacy and a deep understanding of the communities she serves.
Katerina earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she studied Criminology and Political Science. During law school, she worked in the Misdemeanor Clinic, providing legal services to individuals who could not afford representation and assisting with appeals of misdemeanor convictions.
She went on to work for the Riverside Public Defender’s Office, gaining hands-on experience in felony arraignments, preliminary hearings, motions, and other critical stages of criminal proceedings. Katerina began her career in criminal defense before transitioning into employment law, where she continues to advocate for clients with determination and compassion.
Katerina is a member of the Armenian Bar Association and the Criminal Bar Association. She is fluent in Armenian.
